What exactly do I get when I buy a Zap? 
Your Zap purchase includes the hardware device, access to real-time energy monitoring through the Sourceful app and 30 days of historical data. The device also provides local API access for integration with home automation systems.

Are there any subscription fees? 
For smart control of your energy resources, in-app upgrades are available for a monthly fee through Sourceful Optimiser. Get complete behind-the-meter optimisation. As we develop new energy optimisation features, these will be offered as optional upgrades.

Is my energy data private?
Absolutely. You control your data. While anonymized, aggregated data helps improve grid efficiency, your personal consumption details are never shared without your explicit permission.

What's the warranty?
Zap comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal use failures.
